1 Vision 1 Voice Hospice Palliative Care Conference, 2010
The Hospice Association of Ontario and The Ontario Palliative Care Association are proud to present their 2nd annual joint conference. The conference will take place April 17 - 20, 2010, at The Sheraton Parkway, Richmond Hill, ON.
