The Gerontological Nursing Assoc (GNA) of Ontario is a non profit charitable organization. The purpose of this organization is to advocate for high standards of nursing care and other related health services for older persons and to promote professionalism in gerontological nursing practice through ongoing education, research and support to members.
The theme for this years conference is "The Deeper Experience of Caring for Older Adults."
Alert/Best Nursing & Home Care is a proud sponsor of this event being held on November 4th and 5th, 2010, hosted by the Hamilton Chapter, at the Courtyard Marriott on Upper James just off the Lincoln Alexander Parkway.
As a provider of nursing and home care services, a large proportion of our clients are older persons. Educating ourselves and our staff is a priority for us and imperative in providing the best possible services for our clients.
